Where can I buy uniform

You can purchase our uniform by clicking on the link found at the bottom of the Uniform page. Or go to www.msd.mydancestore.co.uk

When do I need to pay for the classes

Payment for classes must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice.

Invoices are sent the day before a new term starts.

If you are new to Mountway, you will be invoiced after your free trial if you wish to enrol with us. The free trial will be taken off the invoice and the term fees will be adjusted accordingly to when you started. Each term there after, will be a full charged term until you give notice to stop. But a full terms fees applies.

Can we stay and watch the class

All of our classes are aimed to be independent. If you need to initially settle your child, we are more than happy for you to do.

Are teachers DBS checked

All of our teaching staff have up-to-date full DBS’s.

We also have a safeguarding lead and first aider in each class.

What do you wear for a trial class

Something easy to move in for the trial classes is perfect- leggings/shorts and a t-shirt. If you don’t have the correct footwear, we have class assistants that can help source footwear from our second-hand boxes.

The studio floors are non-slip with specialist Harlequin dance floor should you need to trial in socks or bare feet.

Do we have to partake in exams

You are under no obligation to partake in exams. If you are invited to take an exam but you opt out, you will still move up to the next grade with your peer the term after the scheduled exams.

How does the customer portal work

When you enrol with us, you will be sent a link to your customer portal where you can view our policies, entrance code to the studios and you will be able to fill out all personal details. This can be updated by you at anytime when you login. The portal also allows you to view your class schedule, invoices and receive notifications.
