Ballet

Classical Ballet is one of the most demanding art forms on the human body but still manages to capture the imagination of so many of us from a young age. Graceful and flowing lines and gravity defying leaps disguise the energy and skill needed to perform classical ballet.

Here at Mountway we teach the Royal Academy of Dancing (RAD) syllabus, which is the largest teaching and examining body of ballet. We teach the RAD syllabus from Pre Primary to Advanced levels, teaching the young dancer to have good posture, balance and coordination.

Mountway also offers non syllabus ballet classes to give the student the chance to gain better understanding of performance technique.
